Awful company! More than a year and pool is nowhere near completed. Very expensive hole in the ground. Company doesnt communicate or return calls. Never shows up when scheduled. Do not use! Zero stars! Check their ******** and read reviews.Review from Kasidy N

Wish I could give zero stars. They started a green to clean on my pool and its worse now than when they started. Absolutely horrible and then trying to charge almost ***** dollars. They are a jokeReview from Angela G

BEWARE!!!! Do NOT use this company if you are looking to have an in ground pool built!!! They have made our dream a living nightmare!!! I dont want anyone else to experience what we have experienced!! Needless to say after putting a hefty deposit down last September we still do not have a functioning pool. This company is the absolute worst!! They refuse to communicate with their clients! We have heard numerous complaints from others as well! I would not even give them 1 star! That is the only way I can leave a review!Review from Jonathan S

The job of renovating my pool took a year longer than originally planned. The owner, *****, only visited our project three times in the year and a half it took to complete the project. There was rarely any pre-emptive communication to let me know the next step or when anyone would be coming to our site again. There was no project management to speak of. Anytime I called to let them know if someone didn't come that was expected or something was done wrong, the lady answering the phone was always under a different impression or was completely out of the loop. Internal communication was almost non-existent. Workers often complained they had no idea what they would be doing the next day. Sometimes were told they would've doing one thing tomorrow and we're told something different when they came in the next morning. The owner did not draw up any contract, which made it difficult to hold them to any account. I would never recommend anyone use Patriot Pools to renovate, build or even fill their pool with water. The lack of responsibility taken by the owner was simply unacceptable. Stay away from Patriot Pools.
