            In early April I sent my ******** battery for refurbishment. ***************************************************************************** I should have realized that this is a shady operation because there is no listed phone number. I never received the battery back. A man named William L*** responded to only two of several emails. Here is the last one—****-24. Hello, my apologies for the delay in response. For some reason your e-mail was going to my spam folder and after I was notified from ****** about the review, I did not catch it. I have your battery shipping out by this weekend, or at the latest this upcoming Monday. I will upgrade the shipping to help make up for the lost time. Tracking information will be provided once it ships. Thank you, William L*** L&W Battery BatteryRebuilds.com This business is clearly a scam. People send them product and money and the company keeps both.

            I wish I had researched this company and the reviews as well! I would give zero stars if I could. I sent my turbo battery in to them 4 months ago now. They sent me an email saying it would ship out on Monday, after I inquired where it was? That was 6 weeks ago. I called a couple weeks later and he was super apologetic, saying they were having trouble getting the parts. And no, they hadn't actually mailed it yet. I am at my wits end at this point, I need my turbo fixed!! He sent me an email last week that he was sorry, but he can't get the parts to fix it. That he would send it back, and I would get a "credit" on my next order. Like I would EVER be stupid enough to send anything to them again! I told him I wanted a refund unless he fixes my battery. Radio silence ever since. I am also going to contact the BBB. DO NOT use L&M Battery!! *******************
