Had a layaway came in the store on ********* *** **** told the girl that I was expecting to come in on the ******* *** because I was waiting on my disability. Got to the store and they told me when I asked to pick up my items that it forfeit on the 1st Which was a SUNDAY AND IT WAS SOLD ON THE SECOND. Then they said that the girl did not work there she did not put in notes and that I was lying about it. I showed them a picture of the date because I was looking at some more items and I took. pictures that same date . This is not the first incident and I’m starting to feel maybe this business is judgmental or prejudiced towards me . One time I had paid on a layaway and it was sold to someone else while I had it in layaway. The customer service is very rude you walk in no one speaks to me or ask if I need help I understand that this is there business but on the human level and customer services and just deceit respect you should not be able to do customer are treat people any way just because you are on the other side of the counter. As far as policy I have witnessed others come in and make arrangements on layaway and pawns and they work with them so that is why I say this is a discrimination towards me . And I’m taking it this time to the maximum I can because it is totally unfair and wrong .
