The transaction date was 12/6. I contracted the company David Aday and Son Roofing to do repairs on my roof at address ****************** The price agreed on in the contract was $3700, after assessment of the roof, the company up the price to an extra ******. I agreed to go forward with repairs, but just send me a copy of the quote and pictures for my insurance company State Farm for reimbursements.I paid for the service render by depositing from my checking account into his business checking account.I spoke to ******** at State Farm, and inquired why haven't you paid me for the repairs, and ******** stated, " I cannot pay until I get documents confirming repairs", such as pictures.I called *********************** and text him and requested that he send me pictures to my email address or State Farm, so I can get reimbursements from State Farm. ****** continue to tell me he would send the pictures to State Farm. I requested some of my money back if he could not send me the pictures. I spoke to ******** from ******************** and ask had he received the pictures, and he stated no I have not yet received any pictures to reimburse you for the extra repairs. I received a long text from *********************** in regard to the price of material going up, and the quote he gave me had to change. I understand that, but the insurance company will pay me if he sends me what I need to get my refund from State Farm, unless he did not do the extra work.This does not make any sense to me; just give me the documents I need to get reimbursed.I have already paid for the repairs out of my checking account.I wonder if a male c customer would have had these issues, with the 2 men I have been dealing with about my money.Thanks ***********************************Customer response
