I thought my appt was at 9. I guess it was at 8. My mistake. I showed up at 8:45. I walked in and the girl said my appt was at 8. I of course said oh my I thought it was at 9. I was scrambling through my text trying to find where it was at 8. Not to prove her wrong but to see where I had made a mistake. Meantime the owner comes out and starts yelling at me. Now, I have not said a word other than oh my I thought it was at 9. My 6 year old was there watching the whole thing and listening to this adult business owner **** at his mama I asked her why she was raising her voice at me as I was not raising my voice at her nor am I upset I was just trying to see where I had made a mistake. She then proceeded to kick me out of the shop and tell me she is former law enforcement and I am no longer welcome in her place of business. I said, maam I am so confused. I have not done anything, she continued to raise her voice at me and get in my face. She starts coming at me, so I have to back up toward the door. Meanwhile my child is watching the whole time. She told me she was going to call the cops. I said maam I am not even saying anything to you. I was just asking where I made the mistake. The only questions I asked was I wish you had called me because I have been up since 4 teaching and could have been here right away. She replied, we do not do that. Needless to say, she said you are not welcome back here. You are no longer a customer and will need to find a new place for your dog. I am not one to argue with people. I owned that I was late and knew I was leaving without a haircut. I didnt even question why I was not getting a haircut today. Her threatening me and yelling at me in front of my child for no reason. I never once raised my voice or accused them of being in the wrong. And if you ask my 6 year old he is beyond traumatized as to why his mama was yelled at, why we were fired from the groomer and he will tell you mama never once raised her voice!
