I have two issues. First, there are no meters to measure water or sewage per apartment. There are more individuals livings in the units than what shows on the lease. Consequently, the water **** per apartment is averaged. This is unfair in those instances where there is one tenant in an apartment. Second, I was quoted one price by management for the Internet. When I went to sign the lease, the price had changed. This happened to me twice in the last two years. My water **** has been consistently high in the last year and I am the only person in the apartment. From November 2021 to March 2022, I was at ******************* round the clock to watch over my brother who had lung cancer, who died in March 2022. I have been going back and forth between Summerville, where my brother had lived to tend to his property and my apartment at Grand Reserve in Madison, *******. However, my water and sewage **** has been higher for one person.

Our utility addendum has the #7 used as a formula, which states we base calculations off of square footage, not occupants in the unit.

I've been waiting since June 2021 for a complete refund of all money paid to this apartment complex including the costs for my moving truck and hotel room which Stacy ******* approved and guaranteed that I would be refunded. Because of the lies of Shaneka ***** in the office along with Stacy ******* and Jennifer ******** by not having my apartment ready as promised along with lying about relocating me to a different apartment which resulted in the loss of my job with Mazda along with financial damages from a failed out of state move which now exceed close to $100,000.00 if I do not receive a full refund of my money I will ensure that the managers of this development will lose the property through a class action civil suit involving over 60 percent of their tenants. If this matter is not resolved immediately I will be following through with personal lawsuits against the above named parties.

My apologies for the delay; however, I was not the Manager when this happened, so I needed time to gather the facts.

This gentleman arrived to move in and his apartment was not ready, so he was offered another unit but he chose to keep the one he originally leased. He did have to stay in a hotel room for that one night so they could complete the unit. He was able to move in the following day.

When he arrived, he moved his things in but was not satisfied with the apartment. The team that was here said he was calling the office and coming up to the office and was agitated. This was happening so much that the previous manager felt nervous and finally locked herself in the office. *********** was banging on the door and yelling at her to let him in, so the Manager called the police.

There is a case number for this incident. **********r was served a 7-day letter and was told he had to move out. This gentleman has also written a Google review naming certain people involved by their first and last name. The review has been disputed due to security reasons.

While it is unfortunate his apartment was not ready and that is not the standard we hold ourselves to, the issue with him being asked to move was due to his aggressive behavior.

I hope this helps and again, please accept my apologies for the delay in response.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
There was no aggressive behavior, the person named was not the one banging on the door, and we were not offered a replacement apartment. I was the first one to call the police on the management and I did so several times a week before our scheduled move in date. The door was not locked because of me as Jennifer kept the door locked all week so the tenants wound not bother her with requests and there are over 30 tenants who have provided an in office deposition with my attorney who can attest to that fact.

If the new management tried to remove or alter my review then they can expect a lawsuit as well for trying to suppress evidence as well as defamation of character.
