March 2022, I made ****************************** in *******, *******, managed by **********************, my new home. My experience has been marred by unprofessional behavior from the management team, leaving me dissatisfied & disheartened. Despite seeking a safe & comfortable living environment, I have been subjected to ongoing harassment during my time here.The first instance of trouble arose when we received a call September 6th, claiming our rent was late, even though we pay through Bill **** After providing proof of payment, the issue seemed resolved. Three weeks later, a voicemail threatened eviction if rent wasn't received promptly. This lack of communication & sudden threats shattered any sense of "home" we had hoped for. December 2023, further complications arose. Despite diligently following up on rent payments, discrepancies continued to surface. Miscommunication regarding payments & unexpected fees added unnecessary stress. Resolving these issues required extensive discussions with management, eroding any remaining trust in them. The final straw occurred recently when I was informed that paperwork for our service dog was missing from our file. Despite providing documentation from when we first acquired our dog in 2011, more demands were made, causing additional distress. Threats of fees & charges only added to the mounting frustration and anxiety. Beyond these personal grievances, the overall maintenance of the property has been lacking. Leaking roofs, broken gates, neglected workout rooms, and unsanitary elevators are just a few of the many issues plaguing the premises. Neglect of ********************* and safety standards contribute to the sense of unease and discomfort I feel living here.These incidents have made it increasingly challenging for me to continue to reside at ******************************. The persistent issues, along with the unprofessional conduct of management have created a toxic living environment that is no longer sustainable for me.
