On November 30, 2021, I, *************************, went to TNT Super home Store and purchased a queen *** and dresser. ***************** handled my transaction and told me furniture would have to be ordered. She said furniture would be in mid January. When the furniture came in, ***************** contacted me to let me know and I then paid a $125 deliver and setup fee. A few days later, they delivered the furniture. I noticed the dresser had a lot of chipped areas. I spoke with ***************** over the phone and she said that they would order a replacement dresser since it's under warranty. ***************** told me to temporarily hold onto the dresser until the replacement comes in mid February. She contacted me when the replacement dresser came in and we setup on February 24,2022. I couldn't take off work to be home for the delivery and setup. My son was there when they delivered, removed first dresser, and setup replacement dresser. When I got home, I checked the dresser from top to bottom. When I got to the bottom, I noticed my new flooring that I just had installed 2-3 months before had long scratches. Instead of the delivery people picking up the dresser and placing against the wall, they dresser on my new flooring. I immediately called the furniture store, spoke with *****************. I was asked to send pictures of floor to a store cell phone and I did. ***************** then told me that the female store manager verbally said they would find someone to fix the damaged floor and take care of it. I called the store once a week and was told the same thing by *****************, they are still looking for someone to fix my floor. I asked each time to speak with the store manager and was told she was never at the store. My last call was on March 16, 2022, I asked ***************** for an update. She said store manager said they can give me a $75 refund. I was upset that they have been lying to me the whole time. I'm insulted that TNT thinks $75 will cover purchasing flooring and paying someone to replace the damaged flooring!!!!Initial Complaint

Received January 2021 Price $872.10 MT. Dana Euro Top King mattress Mattress is severely sloped & dented. Told to give it time to fill out, to no avail. I reached out to the sales rep & was told to send pictures & that the bed should show 1 inch indent. After sending the pictures, we were told that they sent the pictures to the warranty dept & they said 1 1/2 inch. Then it changed to 2 inches. Bed is severely dented, sloped &lumpy. I now have excruciating back pain. We expressed we didn't want springs & found out there are springs. Our baby can't sit up in the bed w/o falling over or backwards due to the severe indents & slanting. They came & took pictures and sent to the warranty dept but said they were told that it's still not at 1 1/2 inches yet. They said they couldn't replace the mattress until the warranty dept approves it, but saw for themselves when they took pictures that its defective. This has been an ongoing issue since Jan.
