    I made a reservation at the quality inn on *************** in ******* ******* on June 28th. When my friend and I arrived around 5:30pm, I was told I needed to make a $100 deposit before I could see the room. I made the deposit, and once I entered the room, the wretched smell alone was enough to make us want to leave, but we went inside to look around anyway. There were stains all over the sheets, floors, mirrors and nearly every surface. I reluctantly pulled back the sheets to find bugs crawling in between the sheets and as I stepped backwards I began to see them on the floor as well. There were black moldy spots on the walls and in the crevasses of the bathroom back splash and around the faucets. We left the room without unpacking and spoke to the employee who promptly told us she was the supervisor when asked. We told her we didn't feel comfortable staying here and explained all the problems we found. Simply moving to another room clearly would not have been an option. We requested a refund and was given an astounding no before she repeatedly told us that they cannot refund any money. She then proceeded to slam the protective window in my face that separated her from guests. We left the premises and called the quality inn toll free customer support number and filed a complaint. We're told that these establishments are individually owned and the main office will have to wait to hear from the owner of that quality inn to before they could assist in the matter.
