On January 15, 2023 I placed an order for a diecast model kit. An order number was sent to my e-mail and may account was charged *****. No shipping or tracking information was ever provided. After not receiving any information I sent an e-mail inquiring on the status of the order on February 21, 2023. No response to the inquiry was ever received. On March 1, 2023, I reported a fraudulent charge on my account to my bank. The bank added the charge back to my account and opened an investigation into the matter. Today I was informed that they are reversing the ********** account will be charged as the company claims the product was delivered. I have someone at my house 24/7 and there has been no delivery. Due to the high number of complaints of other customers claiming non-delivery, and the lack of any communication regarding shipping / tracking information, I contest that the item was never shipped.Initial Complaint

I ordered a *************** Engineering toy set for my classroom on June 2, 2022. I paid $51.69 for the item (Order # *****) The shipment never arrived but the tracking information said it was delivered "in or at" my mailbox on June 27, 2022? This is not possible since it would have been a large box which would never fit into my small mailbox and someone was home at all times. Nothing was delivered! I have tried to contact lafmil.com 3 times beginning on August 1, but I never hear anything back. Emails for **************** don't go through and their phone number listed on the website doesn't work. I want a replacement or a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Book Shelf for my child from what I thought was a US company (with domestic address), only to receive Tracking from China which I followed the whole way, and then instead of a bookshelf, it is a pair of socks that arrived, and the phone number for this business is neither working, nor appear to be a valid business... It appears to be a scam?... please help if you can!...Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 5/20/2022 Order # ***** Order was for Cats vs Pickles Series 1 - 48 Pack Series 1 Limited Edition Full collection collectible plushies. Total Paid $56.39 Tracking Number ***********CN I have been in touch with the company through an email that they provided me listed below: [email protected] and [email protected] asking where my order was. It took several emails to get a response and when they finally did they sent me the tracking number above and I saw that I was my order was sent from China. At that time I knew something was wrong since this company says it is located in Alabama. On 6/13/2022 I received a cheap pair of socks from China in the mail. I would like a refund because I doubt I would actually ever receive the product that I ordered.Initial Complaint

On November 6, 2021 I attempted to purchase the Lol Surprise Merbaby Collection from Lafmil.com for $77.26. As soon as the Paypal transaction was complete I noticed the $77.26 went to Kang He and the email was different from the website. **********@outlook.com I also received an email from Lafmil.com as a receipt with another email address **@mail.jstimier.com The order number is XXXXX I had an uneasy feeling about this purchase and reached out to both emails and Paypal to cancel the order. I was denied and received an email from **********@outlook.com that the order shipped with a tracking NO. of LYXXXXXXXXXCN Today a package arrived with that same tracking number from China. Inside the package was not the LOL Surprise Merbaby collection I tried to order, but instead was a shower cap.
