    I paid $150 in February for a contract with ATEC, the company came out to spray the perimeter of my property and inside our home, and the second month of spraying we starting seeing roaches in our home, and then we got ants all over the kitchen counters, bathroom counters, the walls and I sent the owner a message he NEVER responded, so I contacted **** and he sent out for a spray, which made the problem worse. So I contacted **** again and he told me I'll have the ** ***** call you. ***** called me and said I'll get with my techs and have someone come back out and spray again. Well after 7 days, I contacted **** and told him ***** never had anyone come out. So, again **** had ***** call me again, so I told ************ wanted to cancel my contract immediately as we still have bugs in our home and that before ATEC started spraying we did not have a bug in our home. Remember I messaged the owner ***** several times with NO RESPONSE. I finally got a call from ***** and he agreed to cancel my contract. I messaged ***** to get my $150 deposit back and he actually responded this time and told me NO he would not refund my $150. I find that unfair to us the homeowner considering they only sprayed our house 2 times and we paid $40 each spray. All I want is my $150 deposit back because we didn't get the service we needed and WE STILL HAVE ROACHES AND ANTS IN OUR HOME. In my opinion ATEC only cares about your money and not getting rid of the bugs they apparently caused. WE NEVER HAD A BUG PROBLEM UNTIL **** STARTED SPRAYING. WE ONLY HIRED ATEC TO BE PROACTIVE WITH MONTHLY SPRAYS TO MAINTAIN A BUG FREE HOME, BUT IN RETURN WE GOT BUGS.... We are happy they cancelled the contract but I believe its only fair that they give our $150.00 deposit back because we only had them spray a few times and paid $40 each time for those sprays. Freedom of Speech!!!!! In my opinion I would beware of this company!!!

    ATEC provided service on March 25th, 2024 (not Feb. 2024 as stated by ************************).  At the time of service we provided a treatment for roaches and ants around the exterior of the home and the inside of the home.  ************ was $150.00.  We were contacted the following week about needing service again, so we obliged.  The tech saw one ant crawling and no live roaches but we treated regardless.   On April 22nd, our tech came back for the first required scheduled service of $40.00 per her monthly contract of service.  The tech saw nothing as far as roaches or ants inside.  April 30th and May 1st, 2024 she contacted **** and ***** about ants in the kitchen and bathroom. When the tech's came out again for a re-spray the found nothing but preventatively sprayed anyway.  The customers wife contacted the owner (*****) who was out of town on a family emergency, the ** of the company and the customer ref. (****) complaining she was still seeing ants, In other words we have been out to the home treating for roaches and ants four times in a two month period.

    Every time we have been out we have seen only plenty of dead bugs.

    Then we receive the harrassment of canceling the contract in *********************** name.  On May 20th, 2024 the customer contacted the owner and sales rep. on ******** wanting to void the contract. We oliged/released the contract without any further charges other than the services rendered.  She also has been posting negativity about our company on ******** and filed a complaint with BBB. Also she was emailing continuously that I (Office Manager ) had to politely  ask her to stop.
