They get a negative star rating! But they don't let you choose that.Long story short: They promise you will get your shirts on time until they get your money. Then they can only give you your shirts if you pay them an extra $286. No matter how many times you call and talk to a woman with screaming children in the background she will not give you anyone else's contact information. The "*******" she refers to may or may not exist, but they never call back. For three weeks we demanded a full refund as they hadn't started on our shirts and said even though they had like six weeks they would not be ready for our camp. We ended up having to pay a lot of money to rush transfers and drive three hours to different stores to fill and make the shirts ourselves. Even getting our bank involved they are still not giving this 501c3 that is run currently 100% with volunteers their $635 back. I think it is important to prevent others from falling into the same hole that we fell in. This company uses extortion to try to get more money out of people. We refused to do that! I will continue to leave reviews and comments on their ads until I get the $635 back that belongs to the nonprofit not me!Blessings

Saw tons of add online and saw the value of shirts vs dollar was very affordable. I placed an order online with my company logo and approval etc. which all sent well. I had to email for shipping update after a few weeks. Once I got notify it took overall 1month to arrive which is too long. After receiving I counted the shirt and was short the 100 pieces. Plus the front logo was not clear as the ink blur the words. So I emailed same day and they offer 15% off which I accepted. Also after 1 wash my shirts screen print faded. Thought it was 1 defective but starting to wash more and after first was everything came off. Not 1 shirt lasted more than a single wash. This was back in April now its June which is 3 months ago. I have tried to reach out via email every couple weeks for partial refund and always get the same answer. They tried not to refund me now and are not replying back. I was very patience after 3 plus months. Company ethic and quality is very bad. I should've read all the review and do more research before ordering from them. I am still trying to get answers and my money back.

Terrible experience. Waited almost 5 months for a sweatshirt. Horrible quality and wrong color. A waste of over $50. Avoid this place at all cost. Wish I could have given 0 stars.

Negative 10 stars. This company is absolutely horrible. The worst customer service and poor design. I put my order in and they have a ***** day turn around. It was over 3 months later, I received my order ( $1400.00 order) . Only to find out I was missing many shirts and the logo design on front is too small. However it has been nearly a month and still waiting for a response to get my MISSING product that I PAID for! The worst thieving company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Be super careful when dealing with this company. After waiting 6-8 weeks to receive 100 shirts they arrived, but it was like they didnt even read the instructions. The printing was way off. They told me they would reimburse me partially, but I havent seen any credits to my credit card yet. Im super disappointed.

!DO NOT ORDER!This company has the absolute worst time management and communication skills. My team ordered within their suggested time frame with extra days just in case, for when we would need the order by and was given an estimated delivery date of October 19th 2023. This was two weeks prior to our event and was within budget. We then had no communication for weeks! When I asked for an order update, they then started communicating (after I called every day, left messages, and sent emails.) THEY FORGOT ABOUT US. They started sending proofs, and requesting payment, even though I had a receipt for payment from September and then they were going to make US pay to overnight the items. Then ******* told us that we would have them on November 1st. I had to call every day for a week. We did receive our order but not until November 3rd, the day before our event. Their solution to this mess was to award a ****** credit on a $2000.00+ order to our customer account. This by itself is a VERY BOLD assumption as we will NEVER be ordering from this company and neither should you!

I had made an order early in May for a delivery on middle of June. I sent them a picture for my shirts that wasnt very good and they made it look awesome! I honestly didnt think it would turn out good and they worked a miracle. I got everything I ordered and the color was great.
