They are very slow to return for follow up treatments when you call and leave a message for them and no one ever answers the phone at the ********** location so its difficult to get in touch with them. If the office would answer the phones and if the staff would inform the technicians about the requested follow *** they would get a 5.

We use TDI and love their service. Our lawn is looking great now that they started treating it. We used prior another company, but never got positive results until we started using TDI. Give them a try to get your lawn looking great.

I have probably tried every lawn company in North Alabama and TDI is by far the best.

I prepaid for the 8 treatment package in 2021. A week after the 3rd application on 3/12/2021, my grass was still dormant and weeds were growing in my yard. All the other yards in the neighborhood were growing and turning green. Mine was not. I called the TDI service manager to have my yard retreated. The TDI service manager came out in person to talk to me. He told me that I cut my yard too short, my yard got too much rain and not enough sun, it had too much thatch, it needed to be aerated and he could aerate it for 80 dollars. He left without calling for a treatment. My yard was still not growing so I treated it myself with fertilizer and weed killer. I called the TDI Hartselle office about a month after my meeting to request a refund of the remaining treatments. When I told the lady what had happened she said there was no record of the TDI service manager meeting with me in March. She seemed nice and reassuring so I kept the service at this time. After a few more treatments I'm still having to treat my own yard with fertilizer, weed killer, and army worm killer. So I message the TDI Hartselle office through their website and a representative comes out and meets with me. I told him the situation. he looks at my yard and says my yard is "mostly green with very little weeds". He didn't see any issue.I decided to get refunded for the three remaining treatments. When I had this service before in 2016 at my previous house, the technician was always respectful and informative. He answered any questions we had and always told us that if we weren't satisfied with any application that he would come out and do a reapplication. This is what we understood TDI's policy to be. We never had to call him because he did an outstanding job. This time though was the worst experience with TDI. The service manager blamed me for my grass not growing when clearly it wasn't treated properly at the 3rd application. When I fertilized the grass, it grew. Terrible job!
