  Contractor was hired to replace flooring in two rooms and a hallway. The initial price agreement was ****. He then requested an additional 350 because of the cost of wood. The job as of today has not been completed and he is avoiding communication. I have requested additional information and he will not respond to me. Because of this I have had to acquire additional hotel stay charges that were not necessary. The job was supposed to be completed within two weeks it has been over a month and he refuses to answer any of my texts and phone calls.

  ****** ***** was hired on September 14, 2021 to repair my leaking roof on by covered screened in porch, paint it and hand drywalll in another building, which I already had the materials for. Another roofing company had recently put a new roof on my entire roof and would not return to fix the part that was leaking, that was not leaking before the put on the new roof. I met him and was telling him about it and he said he could fix it for a couple hundred dollars. I needed my roof fixed so I hired him. Also, on Sept. 14, 2021 he sent me a message stating he was at Lowe's and he needed to get supplies for $576. He sent me a ******* request from *********** for the $576 and told him I don't see how it would cost that much for materials. I went ahead and sent him the $576 via ******* because there was other work to be done, He was supposed to provide me with a receipt and never did. I did see the materials he purchased and it was not more than $100, which was left in my yard and I had to have clean up his mess. All he did was pull down 2-3 pieces of the plywood in the ceiling and left it hanging down so I could see if it would rain in it. He requested another ******* for $250 on September 18, 2021 and $675 on September 18 which I paid in advance for services. Several weeks went on before it rained at my house. I told him it had not rained at my house so I could see. He did did not fix the problem, did not put my plywood back up, did not paint, did not install and finish drywall in my other building. I told him I needed to be refunded my money because he did not complete the job. He never came back to check on it and kept promising to refund my money and has not. I am tired of dealing with him and want my money refunded or I will file a claim against his business. He became angry with me on today and I would not verbally speak with him. I just want all my money refunded at this point for $1501.00. He never returned, never refunded my money, & didn't complete jobs
