We were skeptical after receiving 5-10 calls a week in regards to selling our home. We had heard a number of horror stories about deals gone wrong with other property buyers. We received a call from Hometown, no pressure they were interested in what we wanted for our home and they made it happen for us. It was a no hassle way for us to sell, with 3 dogs and a cat we could not show our place in the conventional manner, no foot traffic no calls with a 20-minute warning of people traipsing through our place. We sold as is and avoided repairs or upgrading. It was the way for us to sell, no real-estate commissions, no closing cost, just sign a few documents and it's done.
Thanks to Ashley, our contact she was on top of our deal and was always there to answer any questions we had. We are fortunate that Hometown was true to their word and if any are in a similar situation give Hometown the opportunity to help you as well.Review from John K

Hometown Cash Buyer really worked hard to get this property sale through the system. And they did a great job. Sometimes selling a property may have an obstacle or two but they will work with you. And everything came out perfect.
