This business has consistently defrauded people. I was sold a car, one that while still on the lot they busted the radiator. They repossessed it for non payment in February of 2022 but I paid and had the vehicle returned, with a letter from them stating I have no payments due until August of 2023, but they repossessed it again today Jul 12, 2022Business response

Mr. ********* is correct the radiator did have a problem the day he purchases, but he failed to tell you we fixed it at our own expense. I have attached the following documents:
His pay history from *** ********* - the company that services my accounts
His amortization schedule - the dates he was to make payments
His bill of sale showing a financed balance of $6736.50
His contract stating 25 payments at $350 and one final of $297.48 beginning July 24, 2021 and to be paid monthly on the 24th of each month until final payment due on August 24, 2023
His signed "Right of Repossession" if payments are not paid, he would turn over vehicle.
Unfortunately, when people do not make their payments, I have no choice but to retrieve the collateral. Mr. ********* was repossessed in February 2022 for non-payment. We let him get his payments current and tried again, but as you can see, he never made another payment. Mr. ********* does have the option to pay his vehicle off in full.

I am rejecting this response because: The radiator was not fixed, I rigged it up so it would work because the only fix told to me by a certified mechanic was to replace the whole radiator. Yes I never made a payment after I paid in February as the paper I was given stated no payments were due.Business response

If this customer can produce receipts for payments in the amount of $8697.48, he is welcome to come get his van. But as you know, and he has admitted he did not pay for this vehicle. I have no more time to waste on a nonpaying customer. I have 500 more who are at least trying to pay for their purchases. Please do not bother me again with this. He can provide receipts where he has paid me or *** *********, which the paper he keeps showing you shows is who was servicing his account and is a 3rd party to prove he did not pay for this vehicle. This matter is resolved as far as I am concerned.
