On June 4 2023, I paid a total of $68 to the owner of ShopForeign ******, *********************, to have a 1 on 1 meeting in order to start a hair business as well as a hair vendor list. I paid $50 to book the appointment and an additional $18 for the list. I set the meeting for Saturday June 17 at 1 pm because I work full time during the week and weekends are my only free time. The day came for the meeting and I texted multiple times because there was no meeting link attached to the email or any further instructions on how the meeting will be conducted. After almost an hour without a response, I rescheduled the appointment online for the following Saturday, June 24. It wasn't until almost 5pm I finally received a response that she received my reschedule link, confirming that she is aware of her absence and understands we will try meeting again, but still no answer to my questions or a phone call. I started messaging her throughout the week expressing my concern of possibly getting scammed, it was like talking to a brick wall as she just made excuses and false accusations of things I allegedly did incorrectly. Today, June 23, I texted her letting her know that I got the reminder link for our meeting tomorrow and asked if it was still happening, if not, she can just tell me and I'll move on. She immediately responded claiming that I was being rude, at this point I did not care for pleasantries since my time is obviously being wasted. She then claimed that my appointment was for today the 23rd and tried to call me. I told her I was at work and unable to answer which is why I set the appointments on Saturdays. I then swiftly sent her screenshots proving that my appointment was never today. It quickly turned into a heated exchange and I asked for my money back, she tried to gaslight me as if I made errors on my end with my schedule. I asked for it back a second time, instead of answering, she blocked me. I texted off another phone which is when she says its nonrefundable.
