Bought a car from them, got behind, attempted to catch up payments. Asked them not to speak to my mother about my account and they still talked to her about my account and details that arent her business.Business response

As per privacy laws we are limited to who we can discuss a customer's account with. If someone calls and inquiries about an account they are not on per the law we can not discuss information with them. We take the privacy laws very serious. Because of these laws it also limits us to how we can respond to a complaint on a public forum. If ************** has any questions about her account she can call the office at ************ and ask to speak with the office manager ******* and she will be happy to answer any questions/concerns she might have that are concerning her account with us. ******* can be reached at ************
