We had worked with Elite Realty for over two years, and early on there was one strange interaction and little communication. We informed elite that we would be selling the property at the beginning of the year 2023 and gave the tenant the first opportunity to buy who wanted to buy initially. We followed up several times with Elite Realty. Elite continued to stall. The responses we received were evasive and lacked any investment of time or following up by the company to move things forward. We finally decided to move forward with selling the house and we informed Elite. The first step was to list the property, but we were informed that we could not list the property. We spoke with several who had sold houses as well as other realtors and they stated that they had never heard such a thing. We looked into this in more detail in May and June of that year and confirmed that we could, in fact, list the property sell for the day the tenant agreement concluded. We hired a realtor who was confident he could sell the property. He tried to work with ****** multiple times, but she ignored him and avoided him, thereby stalling progress. He had several buyers lined up but twice she told him over the course of the month that she was on vacation and "can't be bothered." He pressed her once that they could list and sell for the end of the rental agreement, and she changed her story, and he eventually gave up. During this time we lost the chance to sell and buy our dream home (we were out a lot of money). We contacted the real estate commission about rights of Elite and finally Elite was forced to show us the tenant agreement. We hired another realtor who confirmed the above, also confirmed that Elite had not checked on the property (several items were left unattended including a fire hazard). The new realtor was finally able to sell, yet we ran into several losses because Elite had not communicated with us throughout the process regarding the tenant.
