7/31/2024, A person named ********* was very unprofessional and would not return the deposit placed on the windows. We canceled the window install because the sales team and customer service lied to use on several occasions. We were tired of two different stories. We already had to wait 3 months for the windows that showed up with minor defects. Then the company wanted to install the windows over old window framing that we asked them to remove at the beginning of ordering windows. However, only the bottom seal was to be replaced. That was not what we told them on numerous occasions. The entire reason for replacing the windows was the framing being wrong and needed to be replaced too. We stopped installation because the company was not going to replace the window framing. We talked to customer service and were given ********* (a customer service person) to stop the second contract with us and to stop this contract. We were nice enough to try and buy the windows but her behavior was unnecessary. We asked for a full cancellation and to refund our money. They are refusing to give our money back. We had to pay half on each order for windows upfront before we could even place the order. We placed two orders for 5 windows (10 total). This was not a cheap order for us. They refuse to refund our money for the cancellations. Beware of this person, the lies, and the overall dishonesty of the company. This was Window World of **********, **.
