  This company did not fix my car only took my money and insulted me saying my *****+ I paid wasnt nothing. I had my car towed there when it didnt start. The alternator needed replace and my power stirring was really bad and had a leak. He said he could fix it and gave me a price. He had me to pay half before he would start. Later: He said he bought a new alternator and had to get a pump for the power steering. It had been 3 days no call so I called him to see about my car. He said itll be finished the next day. Still no call so apparently they were closed on the weekend and got the car back Monday. 1 to 2 weeks later the power steering was leaking again. I called now he saying he had to put a part on that he had to make because they didnt sell it anymore itll be about 80 dollars. Thats turned into 185. Again about a week or two later power steering leaking and hard to move the wheel. I called and thats when he was rude and see I was trying to get him to do work I didnt pay for Im confused because he said he could fix it. Now he is saying it could be something else with the power steering and would cost more a lot more but my question to go was if you were checking the power steering wouldnt you check everything dealing with it he then proceeded to say well its alot wrong with the car. I then asked why wasnt I called instead of you doing trial and error with my money. If you couldnt fix it why take my money. Im on a fix income because Im disabled he then said the famous words a ***** aint nothing. I said its a lot for me. Then he said he video it working. So I said so you knew this was going to happen and by videoing it working your admitting you knew it really wasnt fixed. I asked for my money back because clearly he didnt know how to fix it atleast what he charged in labor. So now my car is just sitting their collecting dust and I gave him about $1300. Now I feel the parts arent new as he stated. He handle me disrespectful and rude. Its more.

  As **************** stated the vehicle was not working when it was towed to our shop.  On the first visit a power steering pump and pully, an alternator was installed plus the motor was cleaned.  As she stated she drove away and returned the next month and after several days trying to locate the part needed, we hired another company to make it. On this visit, the motor was cleaned again, the hose and belt were repaired.  **************** was informed that due to the age of the vehicle (2006 **** 500) and neglect in maintenance several more items needed to be addressed (which is noted on her receipt) but she refused further repairs if not done for free. We are sorry that she felt disrespected, but we feel that we gave her a good price of $1109 for both visits including parts and labor.

  I am rejecting this response because:
   
  I did not come back a month later it was within 2 weeks. I paid more than what was stated. I am not looking for free work I am however looking for fair and adequate work. Within those 2 weeks I paid twice for the cleaning of the motor. I didnt ask for that to be done. I only needed the alternator done and the power steering fixed. He said he could do it but because there were other cars he had to service he basically put a band-Aid on the problem but didnt fix it. I asked for the money I paid for labor because after having to call him several times my car wasnt a priority even though he had me to pay half before he even started the work. If there were any problems it is the responsibility of the company to relay the situation. He did not say anything until I brung it back the second time that he needed to build something for the car. Where are these receipts of the new alternator as well as the pump and the part that was built. My car is still not working but *** lost all confidence in how I was handled and lied to. I have the receipts of what he said he did if you should need those copies please let me know. Again Im not trying to receive free service but respect me and dont make up something to get out of what you didnt do thats all. So refund me everything unless you can prove the alternator as well as the other parts were new. If its proven to be new then I would like my money back for the labor that did not complete or fix my car.
