I got my car washed at tidal wave and the employee asked me if I wanted to sign up for a month or free car washes for a couple of extra dollars and he would send me a text link to make a account I accepted the offer and got the month of free car washes. I specifically asked the employee if they would automatically start charging me after that month and he confirmed that they would not unless I made an account and continued a membership. They have been charging me sense for a total of $300.00 sense the month of November. I called them this week on April 8th and confronted them on the issue. The employee on the phone proceeded to tell me that the texted me multiple times stating that they would charge me monthly if I did not discontinue my membership (that I had not made). I then pulled up the text messages and confirmed that was not true and it was nowhere in the text saying that. I called another employee and she told me the same thing I confronted her by reading the text I had. She then told me that the information saying I would be charged monthly was in the link they sent me ( she did not think I still had the link) I then clicked the link and confirmed to her that that information was not in there anywhere and that was it. It was horrible customer service by the woman and they flat out lied to me as a costumer and that was the end of it. Im hoping to stop this from happening to others because they are scammers and crooks and ** hoping to get my money back thank you.
