To whom it may concern,
Please understand the client did indeed lease a sofa set through Acima, and asked us to hold the sofa set until she was ready for delivery.
The client IS able to cancel the lease and would only have to pay the stated 20% restocking fee, as we have been holding this merchandise for the client.
Or the client can continue to purchase her sofa set as agreed.
