    We had over 30k of furniture delivered on 3/24/22. We did not get all furniture we ordered, we were delivered furniture we didn't order, we have furniture that is damaged and ir needs repairs . They were to credit back to our account the furniture we didn't order to our account , it has not happen .We have called, emailed and texted on numerous times and ask for a detailed invoice listing the furniture we were charged for and have not received one. It has been nearly 90 days and their has been no action from them.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would! Buying furniture from this company was a huge mistake! If you think this is a “customer oriented” company, you are wrong! Once they get your money, they are done with you! Potential buyers (that’s right, you are a buyer, not a customer) should be aware that a salesperson/manager will sell the furniture to you from a brick & mortar store which is a complete facade. Once you PAY FOR THE FURNITURE IN FULL, the person who sold the furniture to you in that “brick & mortar store” will no longer assist you with your order nor will they follow up on getting your furniture delivered. You will be told to contact “customer care” in which you will speak to a third party call center that is completely unfamiliar with you or your furniture order. You will be told that they will follow up & take care of your concerns. Days later you will receive a TEXT MESSAGE from another person whom you have never had any contact with whatsoever, who wants you to believe that they are handling your order. WHAT A JOKE! Remember that salesperson that sold the furniture to you, they WILL NOT ASSIST YOU, WILL NOT FOLLOW UP ON YOUR ORDER, & WILL NOT RETURN ANY PHONE CALLS! He/she will tell you that their position is “sales” & that you will need to contact “customer care” to assist you with your issues. This becomes a 3-ring circus where no one knows anything about your order or when it will be delivered. All of these people hide behind text messages & will not take your call. What is your recourse? In our case, 15 months and $****** later, we still do not have a piece of our sectional nor the correct color recliners. They have our money, we DON”T have our furniture & NO ONE WILL ASSIST US! After numerous phone calls & visits to the store to try to get this resolved the manger tells us the store is private property and proceeds to call the police to have us removed because we are now demanding someone fulfill & correct our order. WOW! Be careful who you patronize!
