      We had over 30k of furniture delivered on 3/24/22. We did not get all furniture we ordered, we were delivered furniture we didn't order, we have furniture that is damaged and ir needs repairs . They were to credit back to our account the furniture we didn't order to our account , it has not happen .We have called, emailed and texted on numerous times and ask for a detailed invoice listing the furniture we were charged for and have not received one. It has been nearly 90 days and their has been no action from them.

      I went to purchase a recliner and couch in December 2020.salesman said because of covid it could take 3-4 months for delivery. We understood and left the store after paying in cash. In March 2021, I called for an update on our order and to let them know our address would be changing, and was told ****** was not in and he would get back with me later. The next day, I received a text message from an unknown number stating the furniture would not be ready until June 2021. In June 2021, I again called for an update and also updated my address. I received another text message instead of a phone call stating that the furniture would be not ready until august or September. In august 2021, my husband and I went back to the store to speak with the manager who was not in.. We received a phone call back from **** ****** and let him know we wanted to cancel the order. He stated the furniture was made and on the way so it could not be cancelled and we were given a projected delivery date of August 30th. I again told them our address had changed. In September 2021, I called back and let them know I wanted to cancel my order and **** ****** spoke with us and said the furniture was again on the way so couldn't be cancelled, we would have to request a refund when it came in. In October 2021, we received a text saying our furniture was arriving in mobile and we needed to confirm delivery to our old address (that I changed multiple times). My husband went to the store and our original salesperson, ******, looked up our order and immediately went on defensive saying we were not allowed to cancel the order and we should just be happy the furniture came in eventually. He said the manager would have to speak with us. **** ****** tried to convince to take the furniture, but when we told him we wanted a refund, he said he would take care of it. We've heard nothing since and they deny ever speaking with us and claim the furniture was delivered to an old address.

Once we placed the order on Ms. *****'s behalf, we are obligated to the factory for it. We, in turn, ask our customers to make a similar commitment to us to either accept their order with payment in full or, in the event of cancellation, pay a restocking fee. Our restocking fee stipulation is in regular font directly next to the signature line on the front page of the contract. We cannot be any more transparent than this.
