Representatives of this company are very dishonest. The quality of their work was not at all what we expected or paid for. 95% of their workers were non-English-speaking, and showed no concern for their work quality. Scheduling of our build was chaos. They put our floors down five months too early and ruined them. We had to threaten them with legal action to have the floors replaced! The owner ******************* came out and looked at our floors and actually stated that once we moved in, we would not notice the problems with the floor because we would surely have throw rugs placed throughout the house. Crooked walls and twisted columns and much more and we had to fight to get things corrected properly. Tried putting shingles on bare plywood with no underlayment and was caught. In retaliation for being caught a worker urinated on the walls of one of our rooms. At signing we were told 7 months when it took 18. The slab was poured too small, causing columns to hang off over the edge, and they wanted us to leave it like that and we refused, forcing them to do a brick ledge which they done but it has no footer under it, and is already starting to break loose. Door and shutters were painted the wrong color twice. Chimney is crooked. Poor planning on their part actually routed the dryer vent outside into our screened in patio. This cost us extra to have it repaired because they would not do it. Totally botched our HVAC return air, causing a bedroom closet to lose over half of its cubic footage. This was something else we had to pay out-of-pocket to have it fixed correctly. Sheet rock was delivered. Too early with no windows and doors installed and during the rainy season. I didnt except the delivery. Our job site superintendent was ********************* and I think that him and the owner ******************* were in a competition to see who can tell the most lies. All I can say is, do not use Heritage Homes and I do not recommend Heritage Homes to anyone!

Heritage Homes closed on a home for Mr. and ************************* seven months ago. To our knowledge there are no outstanding warranty claims or issues. Two claims have been filed since closing, and both of them are complete.While we realize we cannot make 100% of our customer completely satisfied, we still do our best to make sure we build an affordable home, with exceptional value, and unmatched customer service. The past several years have been difficult in our industry with labor and material shortages. In the end, we still strive to build a home that meets or exceeds contract standards.

Heritage home is a slumlord I believe all his reviews with the five star bogeys. Let me tell you why they own a home at. ******************************************************, thats been having a septic tank leak running out of the ground into the neighbors yard which is very bad come see for yourself in the management company told me they do not care because they do not live there. Well, guess what Im the neighbor and I dont live there either. Come see for yourself do not rent from this company. Its a slum lord miss anyone else rents from them.. put your money in the courts, protect your rights so you wont get evicted lets get the slumlord evicted themselves
