    This is a joke.Periid! 1 month of excuses for a refund.Instead thet charged me the amount instead right when my house note was trying to clear! Then told me to wait 3 more business days to clear and also I've never received a credit then 3 more eronious charges appeared!

    They cancelled an order for a backordered part and I can't get my refund. They keep saying they have escalated to backend team, but after 5 times and 30 days still no refund.

    I ordered two hot water heater elements in March 2025. Both are supposedly in stock, one shipped on 4/10 without tracking info. The other is in stock item is still in process. Whatever that means.

    Ordered parts 3/2/2025. In stock at time of order. Out of stock March 12th with a 5 week back order. Canceled order and just got the credit TODAY April 24, 2025.

    Ordered complete door parts for refrigerator, their online system and phone call *** stated all parts were in stock, so I ordered and paid right at $400 and bout two weeks later, email stating my order is delayed because the "MAIN" part i needed was not available but back ordered, would come in some time in October/November, like 7-8 months?? Called to cancel, and they did not, kept trying to process my order, and would not ship anything until order was complete. Called to cancel again, and again they did not, even after giving me a cancellation #. Finally first single $5 part showed without email notice of shipping. I called again and they still had not cancelled the parts, but they did refund the small item cancelled for $18, still waiting for the $120 part to cancel. They did give another cancellation #, and another 3-5 business days for refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY TAKE YOU MONEY TO USE HOWEVER THEY ARE AND YOU ARE NOT TREATED LIKE A CUSTOMER. Please read all of their reviews before, I did not, that was my mistake. I did find the ENTIRE door for my frig on ***** for $175, complete even with the bins which would have been another $130, shipping was heavy but still worth it.

    Do not believe the in stock claim, many parts are in fact not in stock and come from ***** or elsewhere out of the **. Even when asked directly about this status, the customer service **** will flat out lie to you. They also lie about how long it will take to receive. Just make sure you dont let it go past the time you have to cancel your order or stop/reverse payment or it could be more difficult to get your money back. As long as I can help it, Ill never buy from them again

    Don't order from them! Their customer service will have you order incorrect parts and then tell you to ship them back for a refund but you will wait months for a refund and have to make several calls which gets you nowhere. Managers are never available "Call back in an hour". *************

    4/14/25 I ordered a deck rebuild kit for my lawn tractor. called and told them that the drive belt was too large. would not send a replacement. *** me to send back whole kit. Need to cut my grass!! Totally ***************** They said they could send me right belt for $ ***** plus shipping. Buyer Beware

    Lied to on phone by customer service regarding having stock of a part and the website also said they have stock. The next day after placing order, it says the part is backordered. They are falsely advertising stock of items they don't have. Waiting to see if they process my cancellation request.

    Undoubtedly the WORST purchasing experience of my life! I ordered and paid for a part that was supposed to be delivered in a couple weeks. It never came. I called multiple times and each time was assured the problem was fixed, but it never was. After 6 weeks I finally canceled the order and was told I would get a refund in 5 days. Surprise! After nearly 4 weeks, still no refund
