      I paid audi of Mobile Al 104k total for a 2022 Audi S8. I drove from ******* to trade in my 2023 A8. While signing paperwork, finance manager made me buy a $10999 8 year 100k mile warranty. He stated that if I did not buy the warranty, I would have to drive back to ******* in my A8 without the S8. Soley because Audi required me to buy the warranty and because it's an S8. The finance manager has since been fired and the new GM, ***** emailed me with the cancelation form. I filled it out and returned it 2 months ago. I've received no refund. Mobile audi also failed to turn the paperwork for my trade in *** timely manner which resulted in my driver license being suspended. Florida thought I still had the car I traded in and was driving it with no insurance. It took audi Mobile 3 months to turn in any paperwork for my trade in. I bought the 2022 S8 from Mobile ******* in the last week of December 2023.

      The service department at this dealership is the worst we have ever experienced. My daughters car was sent over for an oil leak from the dealership we bought it from beginning of December. First off they said it was fine (12/23), no oil leak even though my husband told them exactly where it was located. Independent mechanic checks it out (1/3) and diagnoses an oil leak. Goes back to Audi (1/6) and sits for over a week BECAUSE we didnt have an appointment. Finally gets looked at and the oil leak is fixed get the car back (1/24), drive it about 5 miles and lose traction and the dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree. The dealership we bought the car from paid Audi **** dollars to replace the timing chain cover and left front axle. They didnt reconnect one of the radiator hoses. Car goes back to Audi (1/25), hose is reconnected. Get car back (1/26) and ECS light is on on the way home, get home and check engine light is on along with the smell of burning oil. Bought this car for my daughter for her 16th birthday on November 7. It has been back and forth from Audi since the beginning of December. We have had it a total of two days in that time. *****- our service advisor has been assuring us this whole time that they have it handled.
