Review of Swift Pool Maintenance - 1 Star I've used Swift Pool Maintenance in ******, AL for a solid year, and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite their glowing reviews, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative.From the beginning, there were too many days when they simply didn't show up. On numerous occasions, they neglected to put the cover on the traps, leaving my pool vulnerable. My jacuzzi, which I specifically paid extra to have cared for, was consistently overlooked. They left the top off my jacuzzi for a month, claiming they had cleaned it, but it was evident they hadn't.To make matters worse, the staff seemingly pushed a button that started the draining and auto-refill simultaneously, which led to an astonishing $1,800 water bill. Note that this is my vacation home, and they were hired to take complete care of my pool and jacuzzi. This kind of careless mistake is unacceptable.After enduring a year of their incompetence and neglect, I finally found a new company to take over. Swift Pool Maintenance had one final visit, and in their last act of carelessness, they removed my filters and reinstalled them incorrectly, turning my pool completely murky. Thankfully, the new company knew what they were doing and fixed the mess Swift left behind.Consider this a warning: stay far, far away from Swift Pool Maintenance. Good reviews need to be backed by solid referrals, and my experience was anything but satisfactory.
