On November 9th, 2022, we paid $4,800 for ******* and his team to do an asphalt resurface on our driveway. The job description was, Sanders Elite Services LLC will resurface existing driveway to residence. This process will include cleaning driveway of all debris, removing 1 foot area at carport, filling in holes, applying asphalt binder, and laying 1 inch and 1/2 of asphalt to entire driveway.Prior the the job being done, when asked what his warranty policy was on the driveway, ******* responded I dont run, implying that there wasnt a specified warranty and that he would be available if any issues arose. Upon completion, I was very dissatisfied. The completed service was inconsistent to what was promised. The asphalt coverage was incomplete. There are variuous areas of erosion. There are low spots where water puddles. The edges are crooked and dont mimic the edges of the previous driveway. 10 months after the asphlat was laid, cracks began forming in various areas and the edges are crumbling. PLUS, there is asphalt debri lining my driveway leftover from the job.There have been numerous attempts to contact *******. He has no-showed to scheduled meetings and gone unresponsive to texts and calls on numerous occasions. Ultimately, I feel like I didnt get what I paid for. The driveway is already showing signs of damage, barely a year old, and likely wont hold up for long. I will end up having to fork out more money to do this process over again, likely with more steps involved. Dissappointing to say the least.
