              ****** Reeves or Reeves Realty LLC manages several Airbnbs and has over 33 positive reviews. I paid and reserved a rental property through Airbnb months in advance as it is a peak season for spring break and we have 5 ****** children that require state documentation to leave the ****************. ****** accepted the reservation and 2 days prior to check in canceled the reservation stating the property was being sold and the closing was April 5. With such short notice and no alternative, we are no longer able to take this trip. After researching the address provided, the property was contingent for sale on March 10, almost 20 days prior to canceling our reservation. I would like his online company reviews to document the lack of acceptable business ethics. His actions were completely unacceptable and preventable.

              Reeves Rentals is the most professional management company I have dealt with as a renter. They are responsive, and reachable by email, phone, or in person. They went the extra mile when I had an issue with a deposit refund check.
