    In January 2022, I paid in more than $5,000 advance for 2 glass shower enclosures.Now on March 28, 2022, still waiting for one, I was told by The Shower Shop to " read the contract" because there is NO LIMIT to how long it can take for them to deliver, even 5 years. And that they have NO OBLIGATION to refund me, ever. At this point I want a refund for the undelivered and uninstalled master shower enclosure.

    Take money in advance, never deliver.
    In January 2022, I paid more than $***** for two glass shower enclosures. Now on March 28,2022 I was told to "check the contract" because they have NO TIME LIMIT on how long it can take to deliver and they have NO OBLIGATION to refund me no matter how long it is.

    We have contacted the manufacturer again this morning, and they are working on remaking the door and transom that came in the wrong size with the original order. As soon as we receive the glass, we will call you to schedule the installation.

    At the moment we are only operating with 1 cutting table. Replacement parts are scheduled to arrive Wednesday from Germany. We plan to make repairs and be back to full production Thursday/Friday. The issues last week have caused a huge back log of glass to be cut and we are working to catch up.

    They have had my money since January. After seeing my online reviews and complaint to BBB, they suddenly get in touch to "explain". But their position that there is no limit on the time I must wait with no recourse, and total lack of communication for 3 months about this delay, is unacceptable. Their issue with their supplier is not my problem, and also does not explain what has been the delay for 3 months. I want a refund, now. I do not accept this tardy and unhelpful explanation as anything that addresses my legitimate position.
