In January 2022, I paid in more than $5,000 advance for 2 glass shower enclosures.Now on March 28, 2022, still waiting for one, I was told by The Shower Shop to " read the contract" because there is NO LIMIT to how long it can take for them to deliver, even 5 years. And that they have NO OBLIGATION to refund me, ever. At this point I want a refund for the undelivered and uninstalled master shower enclosure.Customer response

This is the end of March. You have had my money since January.
Contacting me today for the first time to "explain" why I don't have my shower is not satisfactory to me.
The call I had today with your company was outrageous, telling me to "read the contract" and telling me that there is "no limit" on how long this can take. "Even five years"
I am not satisfied with your letter, I am not satisfied with your customer service, and I am not satisfied to wait longer.
I want my money refunded now.
Your choice of a supplier, and whatever lack of service you are willing to tolerate from them, is no concern of mine.
It does not follow that I need to accept that level of delay and total lack of service. And I do not accept it.
I have written a number of reviews online and have filed complaints where appropriate. I gather you are aware of this, which is why you suddenly decided to write to me. You offer no solution, just useless thanks for being "understanding" which I assure you, at this point I am not.
I want a refund, and I am entitled to a refund. An apology is entirely optional.
