      Thursday, March 28, 2024, I pulled into a small Fausak location to get a quick oil change in my 2021 SUV. Something went wrong with that service and my car would not start. I left there without my vehicle and it was towed to the Hwy 90 location. Fast forward several days later, my car is at the dealership! The dealership figured out the problem within an hour and told my husband they had confirmed with Fausaks that Fausaks was at fault & would be paying the bill. Dealership needed to order a part. They were not able to order it until Fausaks approved their estimate. Finally, it was approved, the dealership called to let us know that they had ordered the part, it will be in on Thursday so I should be able to pick up my car Friday afternoon. Friday afternoon, the dealership stated they were waiting for Fausak to pay the bill but we never heard from anyone. Sat morning, I called the dealership, they said they are still waiting on Fausaks to pay. I called Fausaks, the man I spoke to, answered the phone in such a way, I really felt like he did not want to talk to me. I told my name, & said I would like to get my car back today. His reply, very arrogantly, "Ma'am as far as I know we don't even have your vehicle anymore." I said yes, it is at the dealership and they are awaiting payment before they can release it. He then replied, rudely, "Like I told your husband, if we find it is our fault we will pay it." I said, fault has already been established! All we are waiting on is payment. He did not want to listen or help me. He then said, well if it is, then when our accounting department gets here on Monday they will pay. I stated I did not want to wait until Monday, I would not be able to go get my car that day. I told him I was out of cars to borrow. He then said, you can go get a rental and if its our fault, well reimburse you. I said, I dont really want to do that because I dont trust you. He would not listen and kept trying to talk over me! Then, he hung up on me!

      Foley location. Made an appointment to have a strut replacement. Was told to bring it in on a Friday the 17th. Drop vehicle off as requested, two hrs later was called and told the mechanic was on vacation and the tool needed was locked up. Told to bring back on Monday as I did. Was then told we would have to wait or bring it back on another day. Matthew the so called manager lied to me, my wife when she carried it on Friday then got in a verbal altercation with my father in law on Monday's appointment and then an altercation with myself on the phone. His story changed from each of us. Highly recommend finding a different location to have your work done. Was told when I purchased the tires I had a lifetime balance, rotation and alignment. Now being told that they do not do or offer lifetime alignment. This may be so, but Matthew the manager definitely used it as a selling point and presented it to me as it was a lifetime alignment with this location.
