Would really like to give a 5 star review, although the crew didn't complete the job to our satisfaction. The crew covered the tree stumps with dirt so the tree stump removal company has to uncover to remove the stumps, causing more time in labor and money. They also left the sidewalk, street, driveway and carport a mess with debris and dirt. They didn't even blow. Piles of dirt were left in the yard as well. They also didn't remove the ivy from the mailbox planters that we hired them to remove as well. Said they fixed the asphalt driveway from a fallen tree or tractor, but that was covered in dirt. They left us with a big fat mess to clean up. That's what we get for not being there when they left the job. That's on us! We should have known better!

This is so far from the truth.

The project was initially to remove a bed of Jasmine from the front yard around (3) Trees, and to remove the jasmine around the brick mailbox.

Both customers agreed to the fact that once that had been removed that there would be a bare spot of dirt that was left and sod would be needed to be installed after the ground was leveled by bringing in more dirt or even possibly turning the bare area into a rock garden. Both ideas and or anything in regards to restoring the bare spot to a manicure landscape was not included in the estimate.

Once we began the project. The customer asked if we could add (2) trees to be removed. And a price was negotiated to due just that with the stipulation that the stumps would not be ground or removed and that we would trim them down to existing grade of bare yard in which the jasmine Ivy was removed from. That is what was agreed upon and that's what we performed.

With regard to the Ivy at the mailbox. We cut the Ivey as close to the brick flower boxes that were motored to the mailbox, in leu of tearing the mailbox down and rebuild said mailbox because the Ivey had grown intrusively into the motor joints of the mailbox and removing it would have destroyed the brick subsequently destroying the mailbox. This was discussed and agreed upon by the customer.

As far as clean up. Every stitch of debris less the dirt that formed the bare spot and possibly some scatter leaves (the kind of scattered leaves that falls when the wind blows them off the trees) was removed and hauled to the local landfill. We even trimmed there bushes, removed 6 bushes, and patched the drive way in case because the patch that was installed before we stepped on the property did break under the weight of the tractor.

It's troubling to me how during and after the project I have no less than 6 text and emails praising our crew and management for doing such a fine job and that we went well beyond the agreement to try and please the customer.

I have text, emails, before and after pictures and video, and the original estimate and invoice that latex out the scope of work to be performed.

And it was all done and a phenomenally great price!

I really wish I could leave photos here so people can see the mess you guys left in the yard for us to clean up. Not to mention making the job much more difficult for sod to be installed. We were happy until the end of the job when no one was there to advise you to clean up after your work. Piles of debris left in the yard, debris from trim work all over the driveway and covered parking area. Dirt left on sidewalks and streets, which should've been blown and no asphalt work to fix the driveway as you claim. I have photos that can prove this. These are the things we were most disturbed about. Everything g went smoothly until the last day when we weren't there. We would have insisted that you clean up your mess and uncover the mound of dirt covering the stumps. Two different landscaping companies have come out to give us bids on sod and stump removal and asked who did the work in the yard and asked why such a huge mess was left. There were ivy leaves left all over the neighbors yard that was never cleaned up as well. The neighbor
complained about it to our daughter days later.

Completely false. The project was specified in writing and agreed to by you as well as your husband?
