I purchased a turbo from gulf coast truck and trailer in august of 21 five months later the turbo goes out i take the turbo back for warranty they make my mechanic purchase another turbo and promise to refund the money upon warranty return we purchase a new turbo put it on the truck drives 500 miles down the road second turbo fails this time i call the parts department im promised we will be reimbursed back for both turbos i drive 756 miles to bring this turbo back to the location when i get to the parts counter the women behind counter informs me she credited my money back to the mechanic and that i needed to go back to him to retrive my funds i inform her i will not leave the turbo at your location unless i had been reimbursed amd she needed to retrive the money back i informed her to call the police let the police decide who the turbo belongs to instead she walks to the back of the store to grave two gentlemen and try to have them Come force me to leave the product i paid for claiming that it was hers and i was leaving it i refused called the owner he refuses to investigate or much less look into the situation on how his employees treated me and try to intimidate me to leave my turbo there without being refunded i them informed bo the owner that i feel like i was racially profiled against His response to this was to call me a liar them switched his story and said he was not there hes not going to look into it and for me to do what i have to do.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/09) */ Attached are invoices for the parts in question. The parts were sold to Dynamic Diesel and Fleet not to Mr *******. Also attached are pictures of the turbo in question which shows something went thru his engine and into the turbo which caused damage to the turbo. The turbo did not fail on its own.
