      On February 28, I purchased a vehicle from Pearl Motors. When I was in the process of looking it stated that the truck purchased amount is $16,900 but when I got to the lot I was told that it was $18, and something due to them replacing the transmission. Around May 17, 2024 the truck wouldn't go into gear. I had the truck towed *************************** service ***** after speaking with Pearl Motors about the having some problems with the transmission. *************************** service **** did look over the vehicle and gave a diagnostic about the vehicle. Stating that the transmission needed to be replace. The contacted the warranty and the warranty was unable to assist me regarding this matter. I did purchase a extended warranty. I speak back with Pearl Motors rep and he stated after receiving *************************** quote that he would take care of it. After that I had called several times to see when they were going to pull the truck from ****** to ****** but there was not answer nor a call back. I went into the lot to make a payment on May 31 and he stated that the towing company was trying to charge them $900.00 to pull the car to Mobile. So I told him that I would make arrangement to get the truck over there (and I did) I took the vehicle on June 1. After the vehicle was there maybe a week, I called to see when he was going to have the truck fix and he never returned my call. I finally speak with one of the payment rep and she rely a message that the vehicle is not ready and it was going to be the first of the following week. I called over on 6-20-24 and they stated that I would need to speak to the financing department on Monday before i can get my vehicle and that they are going to have to refinance the vehicle.My initial agreement was not broken. I have been making payments every 2 weeks even with the truck being inoperable. That amount listed is including the down payment and bi-weekly payments.

      Pearl Motors has replaced the transmission in **************** vehicle.  **************** did make all of his scheduled payments according to his contract.  The refinance was done to include an additional $750 in upgrades to the vehicle that had nothing to do with the transmission.  **************** has already completed the refinance. He did this when he picked up his vehicle after the transmission had been replaced and after the additional upgrades were done.  The upgrades were done at **************** request, they were replacement of 2 front hubs (parts & labor).  The work was completed on 06/22 and **************** picked it up on 06/24.

      I was sold a vehicle that 2 weeks after purchasing this vehicle I ran into a bunch of mechanical problems and when asked about trying to resolve the matter I was told I need to go to a ******** **** dealer for the service I was looking for

      **************** purchased a **********.  We would have never told a customer with a ********** to seek the service department at a ******** **** dealership for mechanical assistance.  **************** filed his complaint the same day that he came in with an estimate for 4 tires and one drive axle.  Those are wearable items and not covered under his powertrain warranty.  **************** then claimed that he brought me the wrong estimate and he has never been able to produce the correct one.  Regardless, **************** was told (the day of the complaint) to take his ********** to ****'s Automotive on ******* and we suspended his payments while **** had his vehicle.  Last Wednesday, on 06/26, **************** picked his ********** up from ****'s Automotive.  **** is unsure if it was a rat or squirrel but something ate the wire to the oil pressure sender.  His car is repaired.

      Pearl motors is bunch of junk!!! Ive been a customer since December 2022 and have been paying the car note. ***** tells me that I can pay my note as long as Im not 60 days out.. so Ive maintained that period and been paying this way. Each time I ask who am I banking with for the financing. She can never tell me this information. So this eeek I finally had an issue where my job issued my paycheck to my old account. *** reached out to ***** and she knew what was going on and she told me that as long as I communicate she will notate the account and hold the account. So this morning I go outside to head to work and my car is gone. I called and called ***** says very aggressive that she does not have the order from recovery as they open at 11 and she will call me back. So I waited she never called so I call back, a lady ***** answers and says she has to call the company because she still doesnt have an order. So she says give her 5 mins I call bqcm in that time and she asked for another min she hangs up. So I call back she says they want the entire amount to get it back. I originally got the car for $14,000- but she tells me I have 10 days to pay it off in full to get the car back

      We agreed for ************************************* to make her payments the end of every month and as long as she paid by the 30th, she would not incur any late fees.  That is the agreement that the customer is referring to.  Customer contracted to make bi-weekly payments of $184.56 and is unable to comprehend that some months have a 5th week.  Customer further believes that she should only be due for $375.00 per month.  December 2023 had 5 Friday's and as such, customer was due for an extra $184.56.  We called asking for the extra payment that customer refused to understand was due.  Again, she only believes she should pay $369.12 each month.  When the customer came to the dealership in January, she was completely unhinged, she screamed curse words at everyone in sight, even other customers.  She also had her boyfriend record the entire encounter on his cell phone and she should be able to provide proof of her behavior to you.  She was asked repeatedly to act accordingly and refused.  We then demanded she leave the premises, she refused and continued her inappropriate behavior.  We did call the authorities and they removed her from the premises.  Still, after that; she had until the 30th of the month to pay (still incurring zero late fees) and customer made no further payment.  February came and still customer made no payment, and at that point we did have the vehicle repossessed.  We have had no further contact with customer as she refuses to answer the phone.  The only issue is her remaining balance, and we are unable to resolve that issue as customer refuses to speak with us.

      I am rejecting this response because: They cant even reference my complaint correctly. They called me another name. My name is not ******* or ********. They dont even know their own customers. Everything in the response they replied with is clearly not with me. Thats the wrong customer. They dont even care about their customers they just respond with anything. Thats exactly why I want every dollar back from them.       I bought a car from Pearl Motors on 9/21/2023 My salesperson was *********************** signed a We Owe from the dealership stating that they would fix the turbo that I found wrong. I bought the car back on 9/25/2023 to schedule the appointment like me and ****** talked about. At this time the car and stopped and Stalled a total of 6 times in 4 days. I sat in the office and waited while his mechanic looked at and said that it was a bad fuel pump and that they had to order parts for it, and it should be there by the end of the week and that theyd call me when it got there. On 9/28/2023 I was traveling up a busy street and the car cut off in the middle of the street. I called at 1:36 to talk to somebody about either them actually replacing the part or trading in for something else. I spoke to ***** even though she said her name was ******* ( ******* was the person I was supposed to contact if something happened to the car.) I left a message and my phone number and I have yet to hear from anybody. As of 10/01/2023 this car has stopped and stalled 16 times. I would like my car fixed like we agreed upon, or to be given another one with no engine troubles. This isnt safe for anybody to be riding in let alone a problem that they are willingly ignoring.

      After the customer brought the car in for repairs parts were ordered for the vehicle on 10/08/2023 the parts arrived on 10/9/2023 and the vehicle was repaired and returned to the customer that same day..  The 24 hour delay in getting the vehicle repaired was due to waiting on parts.

      I purchased a vehicle from this business on may 24th 2023. The dealer offered a 30 day warranty with my purchase. The vehicle broke down one week after my purchase. The dealer claims that since I am a mechanic it is my responsibility to repair the vehicle. They offered me a loaner vehicle on June 8th 2023. The loaner vehicle became inoperable on June 9th 2023. I again was told youre a mechanic, fix it. I informed them its not my responsibility to honor the warranty they offered. They told me too bad took the keys to the loaner and claim nothing is wrong with my vehicle. I asked for a comparable vehicle to buy on June 9th 2023. I was told that they wanted $1500 more for a different vehicle and that they were raising my payment by $150 per month. I refused the exchange as I have a budget. They told me to leave that they couldnt help me. The sales people also stated that they couldnt wait to repo my vehicle.

      This customer bought a vehicle that was being repaired at the automotive shop where he is/was employed. Once vehicle was repaired he took possession of the vehicle. The vehicle did break down and he was advised to take the truck back to to his place of employment to have the problem corrected from the prior repair. After several back and forth conversations to reconcile the issues he was refunded his down payment due to the fact that Pearl Motors, at that time, didn't have a comparable vehicle to trade him into that was satisfactory to both parties. The account was closed in good standing and not repossessed.
