The people who work at Pearl Motors are very rude and unprofessional. The way they treat their customers is so awful. They are very dishonest and disrespectful I would never recommend anyone purchase a vehicle with this company! Im going to continue to spread the word about the unfair treatment I have received by them because I truly dont want other consumers to experience what I have. I pay my car note every month and these people treat me terribly even when simply trying to make a payment. This is a horrible company.Review from Alicia J

This place is a scam the amount of people including myself have been sold cars that completely stopped working less than a month. My car is under warranty and I have took it back 5 times for different problems. Now they have had my car for 2 months and never call me with any updates. Not only that they are liars claiming that my phone is disconnected which is not. I always have to call them the manger is avoiding speaking to me about my vehicle. Last time i spoke to them they were telling me about the first problem i had with the vehicle meaning nobody is keeping records of anything because the vehicle no longer works. Its now a new year and these people have yet to call me. They should be shut down. They flat out lied about it being in the shop but i call a week later and they claim they have to put it in the shop. I don't understand how u claim my vehicle was in the shop a week ago but youre just now taking it to get looked at.Review from Michael B

If I could give zero star I wouldI paid the down payment on the car, in total $2000. Within the 2 weeks the transmission started slipping. I took the car back because it was an issue that they said they looked at and found it to be ok. It wasn't. I have not driven the car since. I have been hung up on, lied to , and accused. One worker, that hung up in my face, told me I messed up the clutch. I have called a total of 5 times and everytime I can't speak to the owner, or he's either not there or at an auction. I need help. They want me to pay for this month but I haven't had the car any this month.I'm very unsatisfied with this company.Review from Rodney C
