      RE: VENDOR-ORDER NUMBER: 1163022-PURCHASE MADE 01/13/23-AFTER-PAY ORDER# ************ WEIGHTNLIPSTICK ************ /************ *************************************************************************************************************************************************** I made a purchase of an item called the Abdominal Plasty lll from WeightsnLipstick on 01/13/23 through After Pay. I never received a email confirmation from this company or a tracking number for my product, so on 01/23/23 I called the company a few times, no answer, I was only able to leave a voicemal. Someone by the name of ***** texted me back from a different number- ************ stating she was from the company asking how she could assist me. I thought this was strange, but I proceeded to tell her that as of 1/23/23, I had yet to receive an email confirmation from them for the purchase of my product or a tracking number. She sent me a screenshot to my cell phone staing they were closed on Sunday and Monday and she would search for my order. She screenshot me back a picture of my order verifying they had indeed received it. She proceeded to tell me she would check the shipping station the next day ( Tuesday) and make contact back with me for an accurate update to my order. She never did. I called the next day all the number sI could locate for this company and had to leave multple voicemais. I texted ***** back from the number she called me from , she never responded again. I have sent mutiple online emails to them through their webpage, multiple text messages to the number ***** contacted me from, and left multiple voicemails, Still nothing, No correspondence at all from them, They billed me $118.09 for this product and as of today 02/01/23, I have no product and still have not heard anything from them. This is Fraud. I filed a dispute with After-Pay. Per After Pay they paid this company in full for my product so they will continue to bill me. After-Pay has reached out to WeightsnLipstick concering this issue, however they have yet to respond to them. I want my money back. I no longer want their product. This is unprofessional to say the least, and fraud. This is not how a business operates.

      September 04,2021 bough The New Abdominoplasty for ******* which was received damage; missing a clip. Emailed 09/12/21 requesting returning label which never got a response from them via email, customer service phone#, WhatsApp. Finally 09/27/21 got a response via their Facebook messenger & send me returning label; they receive back item 10/01/2021 but never contact me, replace item nor refund. Use Messenger again 10/15/21 requesting refund which they agreed but have tried inquiring on refund status & no response again which is so frustrating.....and till today 11/02/2021 still no refund. Contacting BBB was my last option but had no choice as gave the company plenty of time. Just requesting full refund ********

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/03) */ Hi, we reached out to the customer via phone after receiving the garment back. There was 3 clamps that were damaged and one hook that was missing. The client did not receive the garment damaged, she damaged it and then requested we send her a bigger size. I issued the refund on good business practices. But under these circumstances there shouldn't have been a refund given or An exchange given the customer damaged the product putting it on. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/11/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I do not accept their response as not been truthful. First of all WeightsnLipstick never contacted me at all ; I had to contact them to check on status. 2. Only on clip was missing from the Abdominoplasty nothing else as shown on provide picture. 3. Item received was super small than size shown on label so not even tried it. 4. Business finally respond saying I could get a replacement to which then I request due to reason #3 a bigger size then to which they got super mad they way they responded "is not smaller! Will just refund you! " this happen 10/15/2021 & never got refund which last resort was to contact BBB. Finally today 11/04/2021 when Better Business Bureau send me update my refund is finally been processed. Thank you so much BBB for helping me with this issue.
