I placed an order on 6/10/2024 and I have not received a tracking number or an email back to let me know what the status of my order is. I reached out on 6/25/2024, 6/28/2024 via email and have yet to receive a response. This place is a BIG OLE SCAM!!! Ever since her husband left her and the business, there has been no feedback regarding status of order!!! Very unsatisfied customer!!!! The phone number is bogus because it sends you to voicemail. Unprofessional!!!

I placed an order on 5/3/2024, but I haven't received my order, I tried calling and emailing them with no response. I also texted them on their cell phone on 5/21/24 and still did not receive a response, I texted again on 5/26/24 requesting to receive my items or a refund immediately, with a picture of my $269.97 order. Then she texted me back, stating that my order had been received and I should have received a tracking number via email. I did not receive a tracking number or my order. Ordering from this company was a bad decision on my part. We live and learn. I will never order from this company again.

I placed an order on February 15th 2024 and have yet to receive the items or a refund . I was told that it was mailing out on February 26th but of course that didnt happen, I have sent several inquiries through messenger because the customer service email is no longer valid but have not received a response, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! SCAMMING people!

I went to the website place my order on the 19th of December 2023 paid through Shop Pay with my Debit Card ***** my order number that was provided after payment made was **** I have patiently reach out to ******************************* in regard to my order I was told first that I would not be getting a refund I reach out to them on messenger and was told that they are working with other clients as if Im a nobody and have ***** to freely give away I even called the numbers that are listed and no answer at the point if I dont have the merchandise are it has never been shipped why I cant get my money refunded Im trying very hard not to take this to the next level of getting an attorney to get my money and more at this point I really think this place is a SCAM you cant get someone money and never send there merchandise and freely tell them you not giving it back

Don't ever order from this ***** lady she just out getting people money and not sending the product ans then I email her she say she never got I inbox her and the here come the lies and then she said she don't give refunds back I asked to see it and she never showed me in the policy that she don't do refunds so I'm here to tell the next person that this ***** is a scammer and please don't do it

I've been waiting for 7 weeks for 2 orders to ship. I keep getting the run around on my orders or no responses. Very unprofessional and still have yet to receive products after all this time. I keep getting no response or a week will go by and I'll get a response that is mass sent out to their customers with lies that my product will be getting shipped. They need to send my product or I'll be getting my lawyer involved soon.

Will communicate with you till she has no more answers and the dissapears, the product was $168 and wasnt as described merchant gave me info for a return label that she charged me $18 for and I never received the label my merchandise is the wrong size and is not as described to begin with, Please be aware of this merchant they will rob you of your money and then disappear, I have been dealing with trying to get a refund for a couple of months with no response from merchant so sad

Horrible ******************* very unprofessional. This company will take your money then leave you in the dark as far as tracking. I was promised 2 day shipping on my items and even sent a screenshot of the shipping label. They never sent my product (confirmed with my local post office). I have never been more frustrated with a company in all my life. The owner picks and chooses who she will follow up with. I have 5 family members who also ordered her products because of my excitement to try them. They are also waiting on products..2 of them are getting some kind of response...the other 3 are in the dark. I understand a business may go through things but being dishonest and trying to conceal the real truth is what makes a business bad! I am so embarrassed as I vouched for this company based on the amazing product try ons and reviews about the customer service. I really hope the negative criticism will change the way this company runs. It seems like you have a great product ...but your **************** /Experience is lacking and will be your downfall. No one wants to feel scammed and your products are not cheap. The least you can do is secure tracking numbers to keep the customers off of your back. Please be honest moving forward if a product will be late or is out of stock...avoiding your consumers makes the customer experience horrible. **************** training is needed and highly recommend starting with the owner on down. This company is all over the place, no structure or organization!!! Do better!!. After demanding that my order gets expedited I still did not get a response. The original "voided" tracking number began sending me alerts of shipping. I have finally received my Abdominalplasty III !!!! It is exactly as advertised The torsel seems a little short but the extra wrap takes care of excess bulge. I am overall satisfied with the product. The customer experience was horrible and very unprofessional..the product is legit though. Never again!!!
