I moved into unit **** B September 08, 2023 at The Reserve at Boardwalk and I am very disappointed. The process was smooth, however the apartment itself was not up to par for the amount I am renting for. The unit was not cleaned, paint was scattered, and there were so many errors. For the past week I have been cleaning myself and requesting additional work be done because I need somewhere to stay. This has been very inconvenient and I have attached pictures as proof for records. I never received a response about rent accommodation as asked. I have offered to pay for October and November; with release from my lease due to the lack of professionalism, quality of the apartment, and false advertising. Within that time frame nothing was done and I sent a personal email 09/19/23 making the owner aware of the conditions. She replied seven days later on 09/26/23 stating that the site manager will handle it, whom didnt reach out until 10/09/23. She for the same information that was already provided within the same email conversation. Nothing has been resolved except a threat to evict. I signed my lease for a luxury renovated apartment and did not receive that at all. The kitchen floors were dirty behind the appliances (in which I cleaned)Kitchen Sink is leaking Dishwasher keeps flooding The base under the sink is cracked/dirty Bottom kitchen baseboards were dirty -needs repainting after cleaned by myself -they painted over the dirt Red stain in kitchen cabinets Paint splashed everywhere throughout NEW Tile is cracked Hall closet is extremely dirty from before stickers left on windows Window seal not cleaned and screen hanging Trash left in drawers Bathroom van is not working properly Bathroom cabinets are dirty and broke Paint was poorly done inside tub The door k**** were not properly installed Nor were the damaged doors replaced The closet rods are poorly installed No light fixtures No peep hole Bugs are coming through the front door
