Im a customer of American Home Shield. My washer stop working in November 2022. They was contracted by American home shield to fix the washing machine. I was told a parts order twice. I have been calling beans appliance every day for 4 weeks straight. No one would answer or return any of my messages.Initial Complaint

Company installed a repair part incorrectly for a refrigerator and would not respond to repeated phone calls to get them to fix those faulty workmanship. They then indicated they are going out of business and won't be able to fix their poor workmanship. They are stealing money.Business response

Mr. and Mrs. ***** are a customer of American Home Shield. We went out and installed a compressor for them and everything was working normally when we left. They called American home shield and advised there was another issue and American Home Shield sent out another work order. Due to the technician being quarantined with covid at the time we advised ahs authorizations that we would not be able to get to it in a timely manner. American home Shield chose to wait for us. We called and made a appointment with the customer to go out and they excepted the appointment instead of calling American Home Shield to request another vendor. As far as the service fee this was a one time fee that was paid to American home Shield not Beans appliance repair. If the customer would have called AHS to request another vendor they would have provided one at no added cost to the customer. They chose not to do so. We had them a scheduled appointment and never canceled it through us or AHS. We called the Residence "technician on the way" and Mrs. ***** stated they were canceling. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/02/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Unacceptable business practice. From the time we identified the issue to when they could come out was exceeding 10 days of quarantine. The company doesn't answer the phon or return voice messages. Horrible customer service and they need to reimburse me for their faulty workmanship. Regardless of AHS they did not do what they said they would do and got money from AHS to perform work they poorly did.
