      5/9/24 I took my 2023 *** ******** in (roughly ***** miles) for some issues with the breaks. I felt like they were vibrating when I stopped and there was also a recall on something dealing with the breaks ( break booster). I was told i would be given a complementary brake inspection but charged $75 for that. I was also told I had a cracked rotor and the other one was warped. The maintenance person asked if I had hit anything and tried to explain to me that this was caused by my driving. I asked for the maintenance manager but he was out and still has not called me. They charged me for new rotors and labor, but put the same pads back on because they were in good condition, which undermines the the assumption that driving caused the damage. I asked several repair shops and dealing with vehicles in the past, pads go out before rotors and never have they heard of rotors going out withing ***** miles unless they were defective. Several *** owners have posted they have had the same issues with new ***s and brake issues. I also had a warranty with the vehicle but this was considered regular wear and tear so they didn't honor it. They even charged me for the oil change and I bought the maintenance package when I bought the vehicle in 22 from that dealership. They no longer honor Zurich, although they (********* sold it to me. I have since asked for my warranty funds, mX package, and any other funds I spent with them back. I have also contacted Big *** with no resolution. Bet I will not be back at SONs, and express to any friends, frat, military Vets, and DOD folks not to shop with them. The service **** and my dealings with them was horrible.

      I brought a 2017 Kia ******* in July of 2016, in 2019 my car was at the dealership for three weeks because of flashing engine light. which was fixed. My car has been burning oil for about 2 or 3 years and dealership has done several oil consumption test and it works for while. On 10/03/23 my car was making a loud knocking and I took it back to the dealership to repaired again, but I called on 10/9/23 and was told that it has 3 cars to look. in the meantime I have no transportation. They still don't know what wrong with it because the mechanic has not looked at, it just siting in shop.

      I completely understand ****************** concerns and frustrations how ever Her vehicle is now ready for pick up with a new motor installed.. Unfortunately given the amount of back logged engine warranty work we receive this process can be lengthy but make every effort to complete them as fast and safely as we can. ****************** has been contacted and informed that car is ready.
