I went to this school before the covid outbreak and it was fine, getting in touch with them was difficult and they looked down upon me for wanting to use my VA benefits as opposed to paying them with my own money. I was a kid at the time and didn't have a job at the moment but I told them the VA would take care of it and they gave me all sorts of looks. I eventually went to the ********* campus and the teachers were really good, only a few online classes and the majority of them were in person. My only complaint at the time was that some of the classes you just sat at and they taught you nothing because you had an online program to complete.Post covid, the school has gone downhill massively, can't call, or send emails because they won't respond no matter what. You have to go in person but upon doing that I was promptly told here's what you need to sign up for on your own. It was nothing I hadn't already known about or figured out myself but they refused to help me sign up for classes, only to have me do it on my own and to figure out a way to pay. I took one class with them after that and I missed the class verification deadline (where you do something to verify that you're taking the class) and yet I was kept in for some reason. I ended up giving up on this class once I realized I missed the deadline, thinking that I was going to be removed but instead they didn't ask me for money, they just kept me in the class and without notifying me kept grading me for assignments that I wasn't aware of. At this point in time the VA hadn't paid them, I received no paperwork, no checks, no notices from anyone that I was somehow still enrolled at this school.Now I'm about to start up another school, one that will benefit me more and it's happening again, I haven't paid, I have unregistered from these classes, they had refused to remove me from them until they realized I was registered somewhere else now.
