      I have not seen where this company has done anything. I have tried repeatedly to call and email this company to cancel the membership. I get zero response. There was also a double charge taken out on 3/10/2024 without my authorization

      This is regarding a trial membership I signed up for with IDCLUB. I tried cancel several times, and they have billed me 4 months in a row. I called them and even left emails. there's no one to talk to im asking for reimbursement and cancellation of membership. ID listed below thanks Member ID: *******

      My husband and I both had accounts with IDclub in 2022. We canceled our subscription in September of 2022. They stopped charging us then. However, in December of 2023, they began charging us again without our consent. I attempted to call the company. The message I got was that everything had to be done via email. I complied and sent an email on December 14, 2023. Today is December 19, 2023 and I have yet to hear anything from them.

      I signed on to the credit reporting service on March 3, 2023 for a $1 fee for the first 30 days and if you changed your mind then you could cancel during that time...I cancelled the very next day and they told me that my account was cancelled and I never used it again and then on December 11, 2023 they billed my credit card $19.95 for a monthly billing which I never authorized...I have written emails tried cancelling on their website but to no avail, every time I cancel and sign back on it shows my account as active...so far I have not been contacted either by phone or email from the company to remedy this bogus payment for services not rendered...

      I closed and ended my subscription with this company in 2022 and out of the blue. They charge me for a service that I have not even signed up for my information on the website itself is not even updated to my current information. It still has information from 2022, including my card information that I canceled, you cannot get any customer service you email them and they do not answer you they claim that they answer within 24 to 48 hours but they do not. And there is no customer service phone number. This company is a total fraud and I need my account to be reconciled , they cannot just charge peoples cards when they feel like it

      I've requested to cancel my membership over a year ago. Which they did. Now a year later, their attempting to take out membership fees I did not sign up for. I've sent e mails and made phone calls to every number associated and had no response. I just want to cancel and never hear from them again.

      This company debited my credit card without authorization I do not have service with ID club and tried to contact them at their email which the email that they list is not a valid email address they list support @idclub.com this is not a valid email address I would like someone to contact me and refund the money that was removed off my account without my authorization

      I was first trying to modify my account to no avail. I then tried to cancel my account entirely and followed the directions provided below. I listened to a recorded messaged that after about the 4th time repeating itself disconnected the call; a live person never answered the call. I simply want to cancel my account with ********************** and there is no way of doing it. The instructions below lead you no where and according to the instructions the only way to cancel is to speak to someone.How do I cancel my membership?To cancel your membership, you may do so at any time by contacting our **************** Representatives at ************. We are available to assist you everyday at the following times:Monday-Friday: 11 AM - 4 PM CT Please have your membership information (Member ID, first & last name, and address used to sign up) ready when calling to ensure a smooth experience. After cancelling your membership there will be no future charges.You may only terminate/cancel your membership by calling a **************** representative. Customers who are ********** residents, and where otherwise required by law, will have other options for cancelling which are detailed in the customer portal, and can be accessed by signing in to your customer account. Upon cancellation of your membership, we are not able to offer any refunds or prorated refunds.
