      This company is a scam and should not be allowed to continue operations. I never buy anything with them, yet I found out they have been ******* my credit card for $9.95 Every months for the past 3 months

      I wanted to print out the past history of my car so I purchased what I believed to be a $1 charge. I received the report and thought that was it until I saw a $23.95 charge. I contacted them and let them know that I only meant to purchase the $1 report because I don't need the other option. I was under the impression that I would be refunded all but the $1. Instead, they kept the full amount and closed the account.

      The website offered to do a background check for $1. My wife's family member, we need to look up his criminal history for family information so it led me through many pages and then finally wanted $1 to give me the report it found. Up until then it didn't say it even charged for the information as the name posted is "public information", but we did not mind paying 1 dollar for this needed information so we put in our debit card information to authorize a $1 payment. Immediately we got an alert from our bank, Wells Fargo that they prevented a questionable charge of $23.95 to our account from this company. When I contacted a live chat the person keeps wanting my personal information so that they can help me with my 'account'.. I don't have an account I was just going to pay a dollar and go away. I feel they bait and switched but they didn't even switch as at no time anywhere did it say " just kidding, it's not a dollar, it's $23.95 and we just stole from you! " This is criminal activity that needs to be addressed, please. I'm a disabled veteran, I can't afford to be scammed.

The customer was actually never charged so there is nothing to do on our side. I did not select the very expensive unlimited report option, I wanted 1 report only. I was given no option between the two. I had to put in my payment info without an option and the second I put in the last of the info it tried to take 23.95 from me when it had advertised it only costs $1 for 1 report. I never saw anything about any other services offered anywhere near the checkout. this is bait and switch. look at their page. they're stealing from people who need help.

Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/01/31) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I only found out about the 23.95 charge from my bank's fraud portfolio. I only wanted to let the BBB know about this site. My bank closed my debit card and I had to get a new one due to suspicious activity. This company is trying to steal people's hard earned money

      This company offering to do a background check for a dollar. They charged me $18.95 without my knowledge. I read reviews after the purchase and some have complained of getting charged for things they did not purchase. The exact site for this company is unknown. I was charged by a different company called "Legalcrimelookup.com". The site looks completely bogus and unreliable.
