In June of 2022, I purchased a Jeep Renegade Latitude (special order) shipped to ******* Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, located at ************************************************** **********, ** 36066-7703. Per the manufacturer, the purchase included 3 oil changes and 3 tire rotations, with oil changes due every ****** miles. ******* change indicator came on at 5, 840 miles. I called ****** regarding the issue. I was advised to change the oil to make the light shut off. When I arrived at the dealership the oil filter wasn't available and Brewbaker was the closest dealership with the oil filter. on December 6th, 2022, I changed the oil with a mileage of *****. Per my invoice number, DOCS708516 with Brewbaker (aka ********* of Montgomery) a multi-point inspection was done. Multi-point inspections include tires. ******* change indicator came on with a mileage of ****** miles I returned to ********* of Montgomery and the oil was changed and the multi-point inspection was done. I had a conversation with my technician. ****** I was informed that the oil change indicator would be reset to ******. ******* change indicator came on with a mileage of ****** miles I returned to ********* of Montgomery and the oil was changed and the multi-point inspection was done. This time my service advisor (***********************) stated that a tire rotation could not be done because of irregular wear and low tread depth and presented a quote for $ ******* for 4 new tires. *** also informed me that I did not have any oil changes left but, I had 3 tire rotations remaining as an active customer of the Jeep Wave Program. I told the service advisor that per the manufacturer's information, my oil changes were due every ****** miles and she said oil changes are due every 5, 000 miles, which is incorrect, and you can fact-check me on it. I don't know if the manufacturer placed faulty tires on the vehicle. Or if the dealership purposely didn't rotate the tires to make a sale. I feel that my safety has been placed in jeopardy.
