The worst service ever and from certified scam artists!! I brought my vehicle here on (4-18) after noticing a leak of fluid under my car. I told the advisor during check in that it was probably my water pump with the issue. After waiting for them to complete the diagnostic which took over 2 hours and I had an appointment, I was told that my housing coolant needed to be replaced for an estimate of over $600, I foolishly trusted these idiots and allowed them to work on my car. Over 5 hours later and $718, I took my vehicle home. 12 days later, I notice more of the same fluid leaking from under my car, next morning I took my car back. After waiting for an hour and a half, I go to the advisor, *****, who tells me they found a leak in my water pump and would cost $1,071. No ****, I knew it was the water pump the whole time. I stated I should not have to pay as they supposedly found the issue and fixed it 12 days prior so if they missed a leak, that is not my problem. They replaced the wrong part and refused to accept responsibility. I am taking this as high as it will go, this is robbery from clowns.Review from Betty H

Awful, awful, awful, Never go there for anything. They don't care if you have your financing already lined up, they want to run your credit and get what ever kick back money they get for running your credit through those places, even if you tell them numerous times not the run your credit, you leave and they still keep running it!! Every time they run it, that drops your credit score. On top of that, the salesman will get a manager to come over and put more pressure on you. Several in fact. Several managers, pressuring you to let them run your credit and you get the car that day, even if your not ready to buy yet!
