2019 rogue. Still paying for it. $40,000. Paid $300 in Aug to get sunroof unclogged and fix rattle in wind guard. Serv. Manager collected my money... Said would call when a part arrives... Never did. When I confronted him ... He responded that I refused service. BS. Why would I pay $300. Also he responded that he had several cars there with the same problem. Proper response " yes sir/mam... ** can take care of that." Also... Payed extra for torn/damaged leather seat repairs and he was totally no help with that. What is the service manager good for if not to provide services for the customer. You took my money and did not complete the job and I did not refuse service. *****************************

Since 2006, I have bought my cars at Jack ********************** ********* My friends as me why? My first ******** was a C-Class. The bottom of the line. And I was treated the same as the **Class owners who drove cars that cost more than my house. It was weird at first - I'm getting my car serviced and instead of a oil-smelling dirty chair with a coke machine near by, I'm sitting in an attractive, comfortable lounge area watching TV with complimentary coffee and snacks. And there is always the option of a loaner or shuttle service. Once, I heard a weird noise, and service kept my car for a couple days driving around trying to duplicate what I was hearing. First of all, they believed I really heard a noise ... They finally did hear it the rear axle was going out. I had one more month of warranty and it was covered. Their persistence saved me thousands. *************************** takes care of all my service needs. I trust her advice 100%. She tells me if I need something done soon, if I can wait 6 months, or If I need something now. I always follow her advice. I know she is knowledgeable and she always is concerned about my safety and pocketbook. You spend a couple hours with the sales associate when you buy a car, but you rely on the service associate for the life of your car. *************************** and the excellent customer service I get from the entire service department is why I will buy my future cars at Jack **********************. e

I received notice of a defect with the lights in my 2014 ****** Altima and requested that I bring it to the dealership.. I brought it in on April 18, 2022. I was given a Repair Order #. I was told that they would order them from the factory but they were on backorder. I had been calling for 1 year, and was told that they were still on backorder. As my lights continued to go dimmer, I had to resort to using the bright lights that are very dim. I have been pulled over 3 times for using the bright lights. On March 14, 2023 I was told that they had the lights but my car was not eligible for the replacement. I received an email from ****** Consumer Affairs on March 17th that there was a lawsuit that I should have gotten in on. I knew nothing of the lawsuit because I was told for a year that my lights were coming in to Jack ********************** shop and they would call m. Because of their deceitfulness, I missed the deadline to get on the lawsuit and now it was too late. The manger informed me that there was nothing they could but pay them $1000 to replace the defective lights. I will never do business with this dealership again!

I am very disappointed with the customer service I have recently received from ******************************************* I have been lied to * treated like I don't matter, because I am low income * a 100% Disabled Combat Veteran Medically Retired! They have told me that all of their vehicles at all Jack Ingram Motors vehicle lots are all priced to sell! They also said that they sell vehicles at ***** Blue Book (www.kbb.com) value! We all know that *************** Book is always more than what a vehicle is really worth * higher than what a bank will finance you for it! We all know that banks, vehicle loan places, financial institutions, vehicle sales ***** ********* insurance companies all go by the NADA * the BlackBook....not ***** Blue Book! I just helped my fiance buy a vehicle off their lot last ******** helped her get the price down $3,000.00! My father was in car sales for well over 30yrs! There is always a mark-up! The main profit is made through warranties, maintenance, financing, interest paid on the financing, * down payments! All of the vehicles I wrote them about, attempting to get financed, * attempting to negotiate the sales price on...they were all listed higher than Kellly Blue Book, therefore higher than the real value....meaning marked up for profit! I am trying my best to get a safe vehicle to get back * forth to my Doctor's *************

I, a disabled veteran of over 20 years.. was lied to about getting a discount to buy my silver 2019 Nissan Altima.. also, the guy Jonah Green, I specifically told him I wanted to pay cash down, he put a loan on my car without my knowledge with Bank of America, I told him several times I wanted to pay cash down…I feel as if he owes me a apology, and I want the loan gone, that I never asked for..
