We went in February to purchase a gun. Was told we will know something in a week. Put money down for layaway. It took over 3 weeks. We was asked did we want the money back. Went up there to talk about why it took over 3 weeks. And then they tell **. We cant get our money back. This is a scam and nobody should shop at quick **** in *******************. They are ripping people off. And lying to the customers.Initial Complaint

I have done a lot of business with quick pawn in ********** Alabama but I had a big problem the last 2 times I got my stuff out of pawn my bike was damaged and that tried to help with that then yesterday I wint to get my Roku out and I got it home it was not warking right and I called them on ******* to see if thay would look at it to see what is wrong with it and I got no help I wint up thare after the told me I was talking to his employees like dogs when all I did was ask if they would fix or see what's wrong with my merchandise which is not me speaking like a dog and he said he wants to speak to me in person like a man so I said I'll be up there in 10 minutes with ********** Police department with me and I hung up I went up there called the police waited the police got there to speak to anybody then the police went inside they came out the manager that I've never seen before comes out with a papery printed off of everything I have in pond and says from this point forward your band from all locations you can still get your stuff out of pawn but your red flags and band will red flags and band means you can't get your stuff out of pond because everything under your account has a red flag on it which means I'm being robbed of everything I still have in pawn and the things that I've have damaged that I've gotten out of pond they're not going to do anything about and they said that I've been disruptive and multiple stores yet only store that saying that is ******* no other stores ****** of shop there they're not saying that medicine I've shopped there they're not saying that and it's just this one the only thing that was disruptive is that manager I've never seen before on ******* acting like a buffoon they're responsible for your merchandise when it's in pawn and if something happens to it they're supposed to do something about it he didn't even want to look at the item nothing to deserve being banned and I strictly have this complaint at *** ***** ******* **********
